NAVIGATION WARNING
All small craft are warned to keep a good lookout for the Number 6 buoy when entering or leaving Carlingford Lough !
It can sometimes be hidden in the shadow of the Hawlbowline lighthouse, and seems to momentarily disappear from view in certain weather conditions - brilliant sunshine with perfect visibility can be particularly deceptive. As always, keep a good watch at ALL times. Be warned !
