Assault on Skipper of ZIG ZAG - Criminal Caution secured against John Morgan !!!
At Newry Courthouse on Monday 25 th of November, 'Don' John Morgan pleaded guilty to charges of Criminal Assault against the Skipper of Zig Zag and Criminal Damage against the boat 'Zig Zag'.
This was as a result of the attack against the Skipper of 'Zig Zag' in the early hours of Sunday the 26 th of May 2013.
Damages of several hundred pounds were awarded by the Court .
No apology was made for the assault, damage to the boat, and damage to the Skipper's eyesight in his right eye.
